SEPHORA -Pomegranate & Green Tea Face Masks

Hi Everyone!

I wish everyone a Happy New Year, and a blessed 2017 filled with joy and happiness for you and your loved ones! ❤ This will be the first post of 2017 :D!!! Yay!!!

I am so excited to talk to you all about my Sephora Face Masks here on I Am Serene L!

My best friend Ghaida kindly surprised me with the masks on her Christmas Holiday in Paris, and putting the biggest smile on my face by presenting me with the Pomegranate and Green Tea Face Mask :D! She knows I’m allergic to Rose, and knew exactly which ones to get me <3!

I’ve been wanting to try these masks for ages, they have been raved about for ages on loads of blogs!!! and I really wanted to try the pomegranate one first! It was really easy to use! You just open the sachet on the side and you open up the mask that’s filled with a very non sticky (which I dislike in most masks) gel that’s covering the mask and its protective cover! You peel off the cover and you can place the mask directly on your face.

After this you leave the mask on for 15 minutes, and after the 15 minutes you can remove the mask revealing a fresh feeling, and smooth face! You don’t need to rinse the content of the mask of your face, just gently tap and massage the remaining product into your face! And in regards to the pomegranate one, I found that it’s use is for energising and relieving fatigue and it helped my skin feel exactly that!

The only negative I would say is that I wish Sephora was available in the UK, and not just through the American webstore (as you are charged ridiculous amounts of shipping and customs charges) before it hits your doorstep… but that being said, we are expected to have an opening in mid 2017, with the first UK store opening in the London, Stratford Westfield Store!!! 😀 SO EXCIIIIIIIITED!!!

Green Tea – is used mainly for Mattifying and Anti Blemishes

Pomegranate – is used mainly for Anti Fatigue and Energising

& The Sephora Face mask collection consists of more face masks also, including:

Algae – for Purifying and Detoxifying

Avocado – for Nourishing and Repairing

Lotus – for Moisturising and Soothing

Orchid – for Anti-Aging and Smoothing

Pearl – for Perfecting and Brightening

Rose – for Ultra Moisturising and Brightening

All in all, I would definitely recommend trying out the mask collection, as an introduction into the Sephora Collection brand!!! :D… and this has definitely convinced me to try out more beauty products from the Sephora own brand goods!

The pomegranate mask sounds great, my skin can always use a boost especially during the winter months!

      • Yes! I loved that one the most! It was refreshing on the face! And I’m excited to try the Green Tea one also, I want to see if it’s great at mattifying! Xoxo

  3. I am always looking for new masks to try so thanks for sharing.

  4. These masks are so great. We love the Rose one! xx, Britta & Carli from http://twinspiration.co/

  5. I had the pomegranate face mask as well when I went to Rome. Which actually reminds me that I still have your order 😉 The mask was perfect, moist but not sticky, easy applicable and I felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend it as it is a great treat, at £5 per mask a bit pricey. WHat do you think?

    • Yesss I’m glad you loved the pomegranate one! I will be honest the £5 is alright for the quality of the mask… I’ve heard of £25 masks that do exactly the same job & they’re just useless! Haha! I dislike sticky face masks that are hard to apply or even the ones that aren’t directly a mask and instead you have to spread all over, and most of the product gets wasted! And we must meet! Happy New Year Beautiful to you and Alex 🙂 xoxo

  6. These masks really are amazing aren’t they?! My skin feels so refreshed afterwards! I have a post currently scheduled about them hehe great minds think alike!
