|Garnier| Oil -Infused Micellar Water

I am excited to be talking to you all about the Oil Infused Micellar Water by Garnier!

After reading Alina’s review a while ago from the Beauty With Charm Blog I was really tempted to give the Oil Infused Micellar Water a go, as she sold the product to me and it made me want to try it out for myself! …. and that I did :)! I went out to try the oil infused version for myself baring in mind that I am already in love with the original version & buy heaps and heaps of them as they remove my makeup with ease!

Trialling out the Oil Infused version, it aims to remove waterproof makeup whilst nourishing your skin in the process… so it’s like a makeup remover / hydrating cleanser!

You have to shake the bottle before to activate the formula & let the oil infuse with the cleanser! After shaking up the bottle a little bit like it was a Maraca hahaha! I put some of the cleanser onto a cotton pad & removed my makeup starting at the eyes. What’s perfect about the Micellar water is that you don’t need to rub the cleanser on your face which irritates your skin…. instead all you have to do is place the cotton pad on your face and gently wipe away your makeup, impurities and dirt fall of your skin within seconds…. and the added benefit of the oil within the oil cleanser inside is that it leaves your skin nourished and hydrated which you definitely feel after!

You don’t even have to use this to remove makeup specifically, you can use it as an after cleanser to nourish your skin, by doing the same process of applying the cleanser onto the cotton pad and wiping your face gently! I use this cleanser twice a day. Once in the morning to cleanse my face and remove impurities ready for a smooth and refreshed makeup application, and then use the Micellar water at night to gently remove my makeup and the other impurities that get on your face during the day!

It’s perfect for all skin types as the formula uses it’s main active ingredients from natural resources and so it’s perfect for sensitive skin (which I have)… as I have Eczema prone skin under my eyes and the oil within this Oil Infused Micellar Water hasn’t caused any irritation on my skin, or under eyes whatsoever! I even enjoy the mild scent the Oil leaves on the face. It has a very mild and refreshing Argan oil smell to it! As the main active oil present within this Micellar Water is Argania Spinosa oil! That gets it’s beautiful content from the regions of a Botanical tree in Morocco! The benefits of having Argan oil present within the Micellar water is that it releases Vitamin E which your body needs as they act as an antioxidant that protects your skin cell membranes! So imagine all the benefits of cleansing your face with this Argan oil infused Water……. :D! You also get up to 200 uses / applications with the 400ML Bottle and for the price of £3.00 you’re definitely bagging a bargain staple beauty product! I really do believe Garnier are genius’ with their original Micellar water and have also managed to keep impressing me with this oil infused version!

‘ For the 1st time, Garnier Micellar technology is formulated with nourishing oils. The micelles (cleansing agents) capture impurities like a magnet & lift away dirt from the skin, whilst the oils instantly dissolve all types of make-up. ‘ – Garnier.co.uk

I definitely recommend trying out the Oil Infused Micellar Water for your makeup removing needs, as it is another great product by Garnier!!!!!! 🙂

I love the original version of this and it’s what I always use to remove my makeup before moving on to my second cleanse. Haven’t tried the oil infused version but it sounds great for when my skin’s feeling dry! x
