| Anastasia Beverly Hills| Contour Kit

I am really excited to talk to you all about the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit in Light-Medium today!!! It’s been a really hyped about product that every girl needs in her makeup dresser & I kindly was gifted this kit by the lovely Victoria from theΒ Living DisrobedΒ blog & Janine from A beautiful WhimΒ blog. So thank you again you two, you’ve really lit up my life by sending this lovely contour kit over to me πŸ˜€

Vanilla – Peachy nude for light to medium skin with warm beige undertones.

Banana – Warm nude which universally flatters all undertones.

Sand – Soft beige for light to medium skin with warm and neutral undertones.

Java– Soft mocha for light to medium skin with cool olive undertones.

Fawn – Toffee nude for light to medium skin with cool, beige and olive undertones.

Havana – Coffee brown for light to medium skin with warm olive undertones.

I am in love with this palette, I’ve probably been searching for a Contour Kit like this for a long time & the drugstore alternatives just haven’t matched up to this one! The high performance powdery texture is not harsh in this palette, in fact they feel creamy & soft & easy to blend in your face!

I love the versatility of the finishes in this palette too, you’re welcomed into a palette that features both matte & satin finishes to help finish off the dynamics of your contouring.

You’ll ideally place a powder matte highlighter on the base of your face on your cupids bow, middle of the nose, between the brows, under your eyes, on your cheek bones, on the centre of your forehead & then use the satin powder on top to finish the look & make it look natural!

You’ll place the bronze matte powder on your cheek bones, on the sides and bottom of your nose, on your temples, on your jaw line & blend towards the bottom on your neck to create a soft line!

Although I’m not an expert in contouring I did try my hand with the Contour Kit, using a Real Techniques Contour Brush for my cheeks, under eyes (where the highlighter is needed) & used the Detailer brush to draw on darker shades on my nose area Β (both from the Core Collection) to blend in & contour my face!
