I started my makeup tutorial with my base first!

|| FACE ||

(This Part takes 7 Minutes to do) = 7 Mins

1) I would Begin by applying my Foundation, with a Foundation Brush. I’m using my Lancôme – Teint Idole Ultra 24 HR Foundation in 01 Beige Albatre & applying it with my Mac – 187 Duo Fibre Brush! (2 Mins)

2) If you like to conceal, I would conceal under the eye area at this point. I’ve combined the 2 concealers inside the Studio 10 – Skin Perfector palette and blended them in together using a Real TechniquesDetailer Brush!

***You can also use your finger tips to warm the concealer, and dab it onto your face using your fingertips! (1  Min)

3) Set your Face, using a powder! I’m using the Mac – Select Sheer Pressed Powder & applying it with my Real Techniques Buffing brush all over my face, and especially on my t-zone (as I have an oily complexion)! (2 & a Half Mins)

4) Apply your Blush over the apples of your cheeks!

I’m using the Mac – Blush in Warm soul and applying it onto the apples of my cheeks using the Bobbi BrownPowder Brush & this will compliment the bronzer beneath the Blush to give you a natural flushed look! (1 & a Half Min)

|| EYES ||

(This Part takes about 12 Mins to complete) = 19 Mins

1) I will first begin with Priming the eyes!

I have used the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion and have applied it on the base of my eyelid & on my lower lash line using my Real Techniques Detailer Brush! (1 Min)

2) Add your Base Colour

I’ve used Sable from the Bobbi Brown Warm Eye Palette using the Blending brush included in the palette. (1 min)

DSC08388

& Use the same colour on the bottom of your lash line, I’m applying this on with my Real Techniques Smudge Brush. (1 Min)

DSC08392

3) Add a Little Sparkle over your Base

I’m using Champagne Quartz from the Bobbi BrownWarm eye Palette & applying it on with my Eyeshadow brush from my Bobbi Brown Travel Brush set! (1 Min)

DSC08395

4) Fill in the V of your Eye

I’m using a darker shade on the V of my eye to bring out the Bronze I added in the previous step. I’m using Espresso from the Bobbi BrownWarm Eye Palette & blending it in using my Real Techniques Eyeshadow Brush! (1 & Half Mins)

*For this step I’ve removed excess pigment of my eyeshadow brush & blended it in really really well, to keep the look soft & not harsh looking. You can get harsh lines if you don’t blend in the darker shades properly.

5) Add more glitter on the inner corner of your eye!

I’ve used Champagne Quartz from the Bobbi BrownWarm eye Palette & applied it onto the inner corner of my eye using my Real Techniques – Smudge shadow Brush! (Half a Min)

6) Fill in your Brows

I’m using the Billion Dollar Brow Powder in Raven & filling it in using my Bobbi BrownEyebrow Brush! (2 Mins)

7) Add a Neutral beige on your Brow Bone

I’ve used Bone from my Bobbi BrownWarm eye Palette & applied it on with the flat side of my Bobbi Brown brush (included in the palette) (1 Min)

8) Add a thin line of Gel Eyeliner.

I’ve applied my Mac – Gel Liner in Black track with the Real Techniques – Finer Liner Brush *** The Ultra thin edge of the Brush enables you to apply your Gel Liner in a line with ease! (2 Mins)

9) Add Mascara on your Top / Bottom Lashes

I’ve used the MacIn Extreme Dimension Lash Mascara for this & coated it on my eyes generously!!! (1 Min)

|| LIPS ||

(This part takes 1 minute to do) = 20 Mins

I’ve finished the look with a Dark Red Lipstick/ Balm, & for this you can never go wrong with your trusty Burgundy shades for this Season’s festivities!

I’ve used my lovely Palladio BeautyHigh Intensity Herbal Lip Balm in Ginger Flush to complete the look!

DSC08430

I quickly finished the look with a spritz of my Mac – Fix+ spray on my face to set all the makeup (this part is optional)!!! But I do recommend it as it will keep you going through all the dancing, and that’s perfect when you’re heading out to your New Years Parties :)!!!
